What is your device (OS)?

iOS Devices

  • Toggle Airplane mode On => Off.
  • Make sure the Profile is successfully installed (Settings > General > VPN & Device Management)
  • Restart your phone.
  • Remove and re-insert the SIM card.

Android Devices

  • Toggle Airplane mode On => Off.
  • Make sure that the APN (Access Point Name) settings are accurate.
  • Restart your phone.
  • Remove and re-insert the SIM card.
