What is your device (OS)?
iOS Devices
- Toggle Airplane mode On => Off.
- Make sure the Profile is successfully installed (Settings > General > VPN & Device Management)
- Restart your phone.
- Remove and re-insert the SIM card.
Android Devices
- Toggle Airplane mode On => Off.
- Make sure that the APN (Access Point Name) settings are accurate.
- Restart your phone.
- Remove and re-insert the SIM card.
