What is your device (OS)?
iOS Devices
- Turn Airplane mode On ⇒ Off
- Make sure Profile is installed (*Settings > General > VPN & Device Management*)
- Restart the phone
- Re-insert the SIM Card
Android Devices
- Turn Airplane mode On ⇒ Off
- Make sure APN (Access Point Name) is correctly set
- Restart the phone
- Re-insert the SIM Card
