What is your device (OS)?

iOS Devices

  • Turn Airplane mode On ⇒ Off
  • Make sure Profile is installed (*Settings > General > VPN & Device Management*)
  • Restart the phone
  • Re-insert the SIM Card

Android Devices

  • Turn Airplane mode On ⇒ Off
  • Make sure APN (Access Point Name) is correctly set
  • Restart the phone
  • Re-insert the SIM Card
